Today, our society is busier than ever. Not only does work take up a large chunk of our days, but also responsibilities such as keeping the house in order, feeding your family, making sure bills are paid and are children and ourselves attending the events scheduled for them. Life can be overwhelming and many times, that is taken out on our children through rushing, raised voices, short tempers, and other high emotional states.​So how do you combat those emotion?
